Tree Grate Grip

Tree Grate Grip

The Grip tree grate protects the soil and root area from excessive compaction by motor vehicles. Its non-slip surface has high grip (slip resistance class R12), making the tree grate particularly recommended for pedestrian zones, public squares, residential streets, etc.

Due to its design principle, the tree grate (outer dimensions 1,500 x 1,500 mm), made of ductile cast iron, is able to absorb potential pressure loads and transfer them to the edge area or the foundation. In conjunction with an insert frame, the tree grate can withstand a wheel load of up to 50 kN (unbraked).

Another advantage is the radial design of the grate, which allows rainwater to seep through and the soil to be aerated by a slot width of 16 mm.

Transport and installation are facilitated by four segments. They can be assembled into a robust, square whole in just a few steps. The tree grate is powder-coated as standard in RAL 9005 (Black) and can be ordered in other colors or without coating (natural).

Planting hole diameter: 700 mm, Weight: 65 kg, Insert frame: 51 kg
